MB Properties has recently renovated the Meerschaum corn cob pipe factory located on the riverfront in downtown Washington, Missouri into the Langenberg Riverfront Lofts. These new lofts provide our tenants an upscale living area with an old city feel. Langenberg Riverfront Lofts luxurious amenities include tiered crown cabinets, granite countertops, built in shelves with fireplaces, separated tiled tubs and showers, an elevator for easy access to the second floor, and ceilings up to 20 feet high! The "old city feel" includes exposed brick, large original timbers from the 1860's, and exposed joist ceilings. The Langenberg Riverfront Lofts provide an amazing river view right outside your window. Along with nearby shopping, festivals, and downtown trails, these lofts are truly one-of-a-kind.
